This clean-lined Danish teak desk has a drop-leaf extension on the right side that nearly doubles the work surface when raised, making it a practical choice for smaller spaces that benefit from flexibility. Two drawers with sculpted teak pulls sit in a floating pedestal on the left, and the whole piece rides on tapered round legs. The teak veneer is warm and even throughout, and the proportions are well balanced in both configurations. Unmarked but consistent in quality and style with Danish production of the period.
The desk measures 48.75 inches wide closed and 63.75 inches wide with the leaf extended, by 24 inches deep by 28.5 inches tall, with a kneehole clearance of 25 by 25 inches. Condition is very good with a faint cup ring to the top surface and a small chip to one drawer pull as shown in the photographs. Please see all available photographs and consider them as part of the item description.
