the desk is executed in richly grained rosewood veneer, selected for its linear pattern and tonal depth. Its asymmetric top introduces a subtle curvature, softening the otherwise angular composition and offering a more intimate working surface. Supporting the top, the trestle-style legs form a geometric framework, almost architectural in presence, with carefully chamfered edges that catch the light. A suspended drawer unit appears to float beneath the surface, adding both storage and visual tension. Aluminium handles provide a restrained contrast to the warmth of the wood, reinforcing the modernist intent.
