The work depicts the historic skyline of Florence, with a magnificent detail of Brunelleschi's Dome and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio, framed by the Tuscan hills.

This is not a print, but a refined assemblage of different natural wood species. Each nuance of color, from the grain of the sky to the warm tones of the roofs, is achieved by combining fine woods (walnut, maple, cherry) cut and set with pinpoint precision.
