This particular set is an early version (most likely the end 1960s/beginning 1970s) produced by ICF Italy, who had the official license from Herman Miller for Europe.
Both are marked with the original ICF/Herman Miller sticker and have the production number embossed on the frame.
The set has black stained wooden shells and is upholstered with white leather. The cushions are, like all the original early edition's, filled with dawn and a layer of foam.
You don't see this combination very often, but it's very nice.
Fantastic set and a true design classic.
The set is in very good condition. It was checked by a Eames restorer in the Netherlands, who did some small things to make it ready for many years to come. Only little traces of use. This piece has an attribution mark,
