This pendant light was designed and manufactured in Germany in the 1950s. The light features a lantern-style design with a central opaline glass diffuser in cylindrical form, enclosed by a cream colored metal frame. The combination of cream lacquered metal, glass, and brass reflects mid-century European design with late Art Deco influence. Height of lampshade only is 9.5" (24 cm). Diameter of canopy is 4" (10 cm). The light has been rewired with new fabric cord. It requires one E14 bulb. All lighting is converted for US usage.
Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
