with an excellent carved bar back rest, with a lower support, and two side rails. The side rail to the left has an intricate carving, where as the right side does not.

The chair has gorgeous curved armrests, held by curved supports to the sides.

with a padded seat upholstered in a floral striped design, for comfortable seating.
The chair comes with a matching square cushion.

Standing proudly on two elegantly curved front legs, and two backwards splayed squaure legs.

Displaying a striking, rich mahogany patination to the chair.

This delightful Victorian armchair adds a beautiful period character to the home setting.

Overall, this antique armchair is in great condition, with signs of general use and wear as to be expected from years of use.
There are metal bracket supports to all the legs underneath (see photographs).
There are marks to the upholstered fabric seat and cushion (see photographs).
There is a minor historical construction crack to the left side (see photograph).
