Although a 20th-century piece, its design reflects a "Rococo Revival," which draws heavily from the aesthetic influences of 18th-century French and Italian decorative arts.
The frame is richly embellished with high-relief carvings, featuring intricate floral patterns and distinctive C-scrolls that gracefully wrap around the arched top and bottom corners. At the top, a prominent central shell motif—an iconic hallmark of Rococo design—is flanked by elaborate acanthus leaf carvings and symmetrical scrollwork, further enhancing the mirror’s decorative appeal.
