Light yellow with green hints, bordered with ornate scrollwork in a spruce blue color. Gold scalloped border and painted accents. 

There is no back stamp, which would have been helpful. This is from the late 1800s or early 1900s based on style.

An exceptional piece, large in scale with a color scheme that's appealing to the modern romantic.
