This is an American Folk Art ceramic that was crafted in a ceramics studio in the 1970s. The artist used the soft shades of Kelly Green, a patch of yellow on the head and has him perched on a medium brown tree trunk. The Parrot’s back and tail feathers are highly detailed. He is certainly charming. Unsigned.
