This early 20th century piece pairs a single-door wardrobe with an attached hall stand, showing the maker’s plaque ( J. & J. Shaw, House Furnishers, 70 Oxford Street, Manchester). The front door is accented by a carved foliate panel above recessed wood panels, while the side section includes a mirror, a small hinged box, and open curved rails. Inside, multiple original hooks line the upper interior, and the wardrobe retains period hardware including a ring pull, keyhole escutcheon, and casters. The wood grain and carved ornament give the piece a distinct antique presence and strong period character. Does not come with key. This is a discontinued model with the brand and is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in Manchester, United Kingdom. See less
