Antique English Display Cabinet Narrow Bookcase Étagère Glass Walnut c1920.
Direct from England, a beautiful narrow display cabinet with distinctive galleries and generous display areas.
The cabinet features elaborate spindle galleries on the cabinet top and both lower shelves, wrapping three sides to create a striking silhouette.
The upper enclosed cabinet has the original beveled glass on three sides and provides enclosed storage or display in addition to the three open shelf areas.
Scalloped lower cabinet trim and reeded cabinet edges frame the beveled glass, while elegantly turned legs and feet complete the classic English look.
A charming and versatile antique, well suited for hall, entry, or powder room placement; quality throughout, well built by craftsmen of the period, circa 1920.
