A set of six English demitasse cups and matching saucers in the classic “Tower” pattern by Copeland (Spode), rendered in rich cobalt blue transfer on a crisp white ground. The pattern features a romanticized landscape with bridge, tower, and stylized trees—one of Spode’s most enduring and recognizable designs.
Each piece is finished with a softly scalloped rim, adding a subtle textural edge that distinguishes this early 20th-century production from later, more standardized wares. The scale is ideal for espresso service, but the set also lends itself beautifully to display—stacked, layered, or styled with other blue and white ceramics for a collected English table.
