"The Revival traditional pedestal lavatory blends classic design with a modern viewpoint, making it a versatile option for today's bath. This sink is in very good overall condition for its 27 years, with no damage or excessive wear, a nice glossy finish, and an expensive chrome Kohler faucet that is in fine shape. Top to bottom details: The faucet functions as it should. The handles move freely, and the lift rod will lift and lower the stopper correctly once one is purchased and installed, as the original stopper has gone missing. The porcelain caps are like new, and the chrome on the handles is excellent. The spout is the same, save for some discoloration on the underside. The horizontal surface of the sink where the faucet resides and the running around the basin are in very good condition with few signs of prior use present. The interior of the bowl has some very fine scratches; otherwise, it is fine down the sides to the bottom, and the metal flange is good. The outside of the sink is nice on the whole, save for a scratched area on the left side and some fine ones at the front that are barely visible. The underside is also very good. The only area found to point out is a scratched spot at the front, that is not visible when the sink is installed. The rest is fine, including all of the mechanical and plumbing parts. Everything is included to put it to use besides the stopper and the adhesive that secures the two pieces of the sink. The pedestal is in nearly mint condition. There is a small scratch down by the base, and the rest is excellent all the way down, inside and out. Please see the pictures for further details.
