Circa Late 19th Century - … Read more This Really is an Exceptionally Beautiful - Very Fine Quality set of Antique Fireplace Bellows. Circa Late 19th Century - Victorian Era. They are Completely Hand Made - Hand Craved out of Solid Black Walnut. The attention to Detail in the Finely Carved High Relief Features that includes a Classic Depiction of the "North Wind." Would Indicate the they are The Work of a Master Wood Carver. They are Most Likely European in Origin. - Possibly Made in the Black Forest Region ?. The Nozzle is Solid Brass with Very Nice Attention to Detail in Making. They Still Retain the Original Varnish - Finish that has Developed a Beautiful Color and Patina Over the Years. They Display Beautifully.

PLEASE BE ADVISED - That the Leather Bellows Have a Tear - Hole ( Leak ) So They Do Not Work Very Well - The Only Blow Very Lightly When Used.
