Captivating hand-thrown raku-fired vessel by Jeremy Diller, featuring a sculptural pueblo village rising from the rim. The rounded, low-profile form is finished in rich, variegated green tones with flashes of copper and earthy undertones, giving it that signature raku depth and movement. Crafted in the late 20th to early 21st century and signed “J. Diller” on the underside.
Accompanied by an informational card describing the raku firing process and its inspiration drawn from Pueblo culture. The miniature turquoise adobe-style dwellings circling the opening add a wonderful architectural element and lend a clear Southwestern influence, reminiscent of Anasazi pueblo forms. Each angle reveals subtle shifts in color and texture, making this a highly dynamic one-of-a-kind piece. Perfect as a sculptural accent on a shelf, stacked books, or as a standalone focal point.
Will be carefully DOUBLE BOXED with plenty of materials to help ensure its safe arrival at its new home. Please message me if you have any questions.
