Glazed … Read more Antique French stoneware confit pot from the Provence or Normandy regions dating from the 19th or early 20th century. Glazed on the inside, they were used in kitchens for preserving meat or goose confit. This particular pot has the applied lamb's ear handles and an imprint of number 5 on the outside that would indicate the size. I look for ones with interesting character and patina. There are several other gray confits in my store listings. See less
