Elegant Maitland-Smith console table crafted with a tessellated marble top and an intricately detailed wrought iron base accented with brass elements. The form is inspired by French Louis XV design, featuring graceful curves, ornate gilt accents, and a sculptural silhouette that works beautifully as a statement entryway or sofa table.
The top showcases hand-laid tessellated marble with a shaped edge profile, while the base combines hand-forged iron with decorative brass mounts and a central stretcher detail, reflecting the high-quality craftsmanship Maitland-Smith is known for.
Measures approximately 49 inches wide, 19 inches deep, and 31.5 inches high.
Very good condition with light oxidation present on one brass fixture, consistent with age. Overall, a well-preserved and visually striking piece ready for use.
