This is a Faux Bamboo Tray Table produced by Maitland-Smith. This features a bamboo frame with a sculptural cross-stretcher base and a removable tray top is detailed with a raised leather-wrapped gallery and a woven rattan inset, offering both texture and function.
The softly contoured form and warm finish reflect the brand’s signature British Colonial influence. Substantial and versatile, it works easily across traditional, coastal, or layered interiors. This is in very good vintage condition with light, age-appropriate wear. No significant damage observed. This does have a Maitland-Smith gold sticker underneath the tray.
