Rasmussen in 1935.
According to information from Rud Rasmussen them self, the chairs are one of several limited editions of Kaare Klint's Barcelona chair, made in very small numbers by Rud Rasmussen during the first years after the iconic red chair that was originally designed in 1927.
The chairs have been reupholstered at some point during their long life and the leather retain the patina and wear consistent with age and use that many wish for.
The frames feature excellent original wood work and have been checked and refinished by our cabinetmaker to ensure that they are in very good condition. This piece has an attribution mark,
