Canted fluted side posts with upper carved diamond medallion, additional carved horizontal accents on each drawer, all setting on four tapered fluted feet.
The newer, professionally applied blue custom painted finish is perfectly distressed to fit the age and grace of this lovely pair of Gustavian chests.
Restored and ready for use, drawers function and open with (new) brass pulls on each. No keys/locks included.
All nicks, scratches, cracks, distress etc. is reflective of age and use and does not detract from the function nor elegant appeal of this striking pair of chests which may also serve as nightstands.
