Beautifully detailed bronze reproduction of a foot from antiquity wearing a sandal.
Reproductions of ancient Roman sandaled feet in bronze are frequently based on fragments from monumental, life-size, or over-life-size statues that originally represented gods or emperors.
The metatarsals of this foot are well defined as are the toes and nails. The sole is leather. In good condition. Would make an elegant doorstop.
Your purchase will support The Green Chair Project, a home-furnishing nonprofit organization that supports families in need and in crisis.
