Great example of 19th century French workmanship! Standing on a total of six straight downward tapering legs, gently carved in Louis XIV / XVI style, all connected with a carved "X" form stretcher, with a large rosette in the center. Please take a good look, well worth it! Ottoman is upholstered with floral fabric. The condition of the bench is good, light age / use wear, fabric clean but old (please see photos). Size of the chair is 38" wide, 16" deep across, and 20" tall. A great bench for vanity use, at the bottom of the bed, under the window or any other place in your home, it will look spectacular in any traditional or mid-century modern! See less
