An oversized Italian Majolica serving platter by the Florentine workshop Maioliche Il Bargello. Measuring a generous 17 inches, this piece features a traditional scalloped "pie-crust" rim and a vibrant hand-painted floral motif of sunflower yellow, madder red, and deep cornflower blue. The central composition is framed by a delicate trailing vine along the border, while the base of the central spray is anchored by a stylized blue fan motif, a hallmark of mid-century Italian folk art ceramics.
