Design Plus Gallery presents an Angel Sculpture in Bronze by Dario Campanile. The sculpture is a depiction of a winged female figure poised atop a classical column with a forward-leaning posture that suggests movement and contemplation. The textured surface and expressive form reflect a synthesis of classical influence and modern artistic direction. The sculpture is signed + numbered 27 of 75 by the artist and comes with a certification of its authenticity. It is in good condition for its age. Made in Italy.
About the Artist:
Dario Campanile (b. 1948) began his artistic path in Rome, where an early encounter with oil paints led to a lifelong dedication to art. His abilities were recognized by Salvador Dalí, who referred to him as the “Roman Master,” as well as Giorgio de Chirico. His career includes the creation of Paramount Pictures’ mountain logo in 1986 and participation in The Missing Peace project, during which he painted the Dalai Lama from life. His work has progressed from realism and surrealism into abstract expressionism, where he continues to develop his artistic voice.
