This is a large crystal inkwell that has darkened a bit. It has a brass color metal fitting and a matching lid, but the hinge on the lid has become detacted from the base and I don’t have the capabilities to fix it. So I am selling it broken. Honestly, some super glue would likely hold it, but I didn’t want to do that in case someone who had the skills to fix it properly wanted ti.
The inkwell measures just slightly over 2.50 inches wide each way. It is 1 11/16 inches high on the flat side and 3.50 inches tall to the top of the lid.
The inkwell has cut off corners and a cut edge at the top. Thgere is some sticker residue o nthe base that I am still trying to clean. The crystal has darkened some and I have not found any kind of markings on the metal.
The inkwell has no chips, cracks, or other damage and no dried ink.
