Mrs. Tynell was a notable Finnish glass designer who has been described as a pioneer of Finnish glass art. The hard-to-find set includes cast glass vases produced by the Finnish glassworks company Riihimaen Lasi Oy. The "Pala" series features a geometric, stackable design and was crafted in vibrant colors and varied sizes in the 1960's. The set includes two large vases, two small vases, and one small /vase. The yellow vase is uranium glass. Dimensions of the Largest Vase: 4 1/2" T x 4" W x 4" D. There are some minor chips to edges consistent with age. See less
