Introducing a newly restored Danish Modern armchair/desk chair in teak designed and crafted in the manner of Scandinavian Woodworks (the company that would eventually evolve into D-SAN). This now iconic armchair model is constructed from solid Burmese teak, showcasing the natural beauty of the wood grain and unique coloration. The curved back and the characteristically sleek, minimalist lines add a touch of elegance to the design while the tapered legs add a sense of lightness and airiness.
Recently and painstakingly restored this aesthetically stunning chair has been hand-sanded and refinished bringing the solid teak back from the dead. The vibrant and newly installed oatmeal polyester/wool blend fabric with new medium density foam, adds warmth and comfort making this chair perfect for both home and office spaces.

Featuring a new vintage-feeling oatmeal polyester blend fabric the seat cushion has also been replaced with new medium density foam for maximum comfort and longevity. The solid Burmese teak frame and legs have been hand-sanded and refinished with only minor nicks and light scratches that are hardly discernable remaining. New clearcoat has been applied ensuring this chair is ready for another lifetime more of use. This architecturally fascinating chair is incredibly comfortable, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks to it's recent restoration process.
