The chair retains its original round upholstered seat in dusty rose velvet, finished with nailhead trim and supported by gently tapered sabre legs. The silhouette is elegant and restrained, with a refined use of neoclassical ornament.

The chair is stamped “Made in Italy” with a factory inventory number, indicating mid-20th-century export production.

Passed down from my grandmother, this chair likely originated from the European import design studio she frequented in Brooklyn, NY.
