The rectangular top with rounded corners sits above two stacked drawers and is raised on slender tapered legs with reeded detailing.

Turned bamboo-form corner posts frame the case, adding a subtle decorative element while maintaining a clean, balanced profile. The sides are accented with figured mahogany veneer-flame or crotch-adding warmth and depth with a subtle sense of movement. The drawers feature hand-cut dovetail joinery, consistent with 19th century craftsmanship.
