The marking “odkix” is the wartime manufacturer’s code for schneider (jos. Schneider & co.) of bad kreuznach.

these binoculars were issued to german forces, including the kriegsmarine and flak artillery units, for aircraft spotting and general field observation. Now polished to a bright finish, the set has been presented as an impressive decorative and stylish item, perfect for a modern apartment.
