A beautiful Mid Century French faience glazed Majolica Oyster Plate made in Orchies, France at the Moulin des Loupes factory. Marked and back stamped with the windmill. Circa 1950s-1960s. This striking coastal plate features a lovely olive green ombre glaze on a white background. There are six shell shaped oyster wells with a seventh central well for sauces or lemons. It displays beautifully for a collection or wall grouping.
