This collectible antique birdcage is made from copper and brass and features ornate architectural details. The bird cage fits into the an unfinished table top that was specifically made for the cage. The top is painted black but could be made into a seperate piece of furniture. It's perfect as a stand for the bird cage if you like the cage raised up.
This is by far the nicest bird cage you will ever see. It was probably made in the early 60's or 70's, based on the age of the patina, although the origins are unknown. The table looks much newer, and is in the style of something neopolitan with its gilded design on tapered legs .
