Original C .1988; Over-signed Keith Haring lithograph, of a Limited Edition, off-set lithograph printing, which also is signed within the … Read more Original C .1988; Over-signed Keith Haring lithograph, of a Limited Edition, off-set lithograph printing, which also is signed within the printing, and made exclusively for a Long Island's Children's Hospital fundraiser campaign. A collaborative effort with the Iconic, PUSH-PINS STUDIO Printing Production, in NYC, by the legendary Seymour Chwast and Milton Glaser, well known, illustrators, and graphic designers, and printers, whom started the Push-Pin Studios in the 60's-70's, 80's the height of print and multiple print production within the advertisement and printing industries, in New York City, well-known throughout the United States. Signed within the lithograph, in addition to date on printing, and personally signed in marker, and dated by the artist himself. Perhaps Mr. Haring was in attendance, at the fundraiser itself, that bore his work, as a great deal of fundraising efforts and parties take place in Long Island and/or The Hampton's, and upon which famous artist give thier work credence to the donating front end of a fundraiser, hence drawing the crowds and following to such events. From a Palm Beach Estate. Original chrome frame, with a small chip to glass, upper left hand corner. We didn't want to remove it, and left open, the options, to any buyer, to conform to their own desirable frame/coverage. Any inconsistencies to color is due to the glare from natural light on glass while photographing the piece. The paper and color clarity is excellent, preserved in area with no sunlight, and having been kept in a dark room, for protection. Dimensions in listing is framed. THIS would be a wonderful addition to it's original origins of provenance, but mark a seminal period within the Pop-Art Movement, for those looking to endear it to a just cause.
