Signed underneath seat with Herman Miller labels and date stamp to frame. It is hard to read the date but looks to be circa 1980s / 1990s production.

This beautiful office chair features a black channel stitched seat and integrated seat back with aluminum five star base. Similar to the Soft Pad collection, also by Eames, which was based on the design of the Aluminum Group chairs with the addition of padded cushions.

This iconic 'Aluminum Group' chair by Charles Eames for Herman Miller with its graceful silhouette and clean lines make it appropriate for a number of locations, from Classic and contemporary homes to elegant executive offices, home office or hip startups. CONDITION:
Good vintage condition with light to moderate wear. Some scuffs, fading to fabric, and scratches to fabric and to frame, more concentrated to one arm. When you lift the top of the chair up, it comes off of the base as is common with this design. Presents well and ready for immediate use in a vintage acceptable environment. See less
