These sculptural lounge seats perfectly capture the experimental spirit of italian radical design, combining vibrant color, soft volumes, and exposed chromed steel structure. The design is composed of stacked, cushioned elements—seat base, seat cushion, and backrest—visually and structurally held together by external chromed tubular steel frames. The metal structure wraps around the upholstery, creating a striking contrast between the softness of the leather and the industrial precision of the steel. The chairs feature a modular construction: the backrests and cushions are removable, revealing the original insa-branded internal lining (marked “insa – made in italy”), confirming authenticity.
