The upholstery is in good usable condition but the arms are a little lighter than the rest of the chair and there are water stains underneath the cushion of one chair. I have not cleaned them and the arms and under seat might both be cleanable. The small legs have finish losses and wear.

The chair is 29 inches high, 33 inches deep and 38 inches wide. The seat is 17 inches high, 22 inches deep and 20 inches wide. The seat back is 14 inches high and the arm height is 3 inches high.
