Beautiful oak wooden ‘library’ ladder and chair, probably dating back to the 1930s.
The chair can be converted into a ladder, which makes it a usefull and at the same time highly decorative piece.
The rectangular seat has two hinges in the center, allowing it to form a ladder.
The front legs are slanted, while the rear legs are curved.
Good vintage condition, signs of wear such as patina and small (paint) stains. Solid enough to use both as chair and ladder.
Measurements: 40.5 x 45 x 87.5, seat height 44 cm
