A pinnacle of Hungarian porcelain artistry, this Herend Reserve Collection figurine brings the beloved Brothers Grimm tale of the Town Musicians of Bremen to life. This is not your standard monochromatic piece; it features the rare and vibrant SVH-2 multi-color fishnet pattern.
The donkey (Sapphire), dog (Rust), cat (Butterscotch), and rooster (Green/Blue) are stacked in their iconic silhouette, each hand-painted with the precision that has made Herend a favorite of royalty for nearly 200 years. Every scale of the fishnet pattern is applied by a single artist’s brush, accented by gleaming 24k gold on the hooves and features.
Measuring a full 9 1/4" tall x 5 3/4" long x 3 1/4" wide, it is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. The gold gilding is bright and intact, and the hallmarks on the base are clear and well-preserved.
