Excellent vintage condition. No visible damage, breaks, chips. A complete, matching set (vase + stand) is the "rare" configuration that collectors specifically look for today. This is a Fifth Avenue art piece (pattern: Portico), this brand specialized in high-end crystal giftware. It is 24% full lead crystal, which gives them their characteristic weight and brilliant light refraction. Most Portico crystal pieces were hand-cut in Poland. The intricate patterns on these vases were created by using powered cutting wheels to carve designs directly into the surface of the crystal.
