A sculptural glass picture frame from the 1950s, designed by Erwin Walter Burger for Fontana Arte and sourced in Parma, Italy. Composed of two joined pieces of thick cut glass, the form is softly domed and highly polished, with frosted edges at either end. A photograph slides discreetly into the central seam.
Condition: Great vintage condition. Very minor scratches along the surface and light discoloration along the seam. Signed “EB”.
