1950’s Frantisek Jirak For Tatra In Grey Slubbed Cotton - Upholstered Armchairs. Sourced direct in the Czech republic this is one of Jiraks most elegant designs for the Czech firm Tatra. The frames are beech throughout and are in excellent condition. The chairs have been reupholstered in a new grey slubbed cotton fabric, the internal foam and components have been checked and replaced as required by our workshop team. The price is for one armchair only.
Seat Height 38cm
The upholstery is original and will not comply with current UK fire regulations (production post January 1st 1950).
This product is located in our EU warehouse and will be delivered on a slightly longer lead time of 1-2 weeks. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
