This antique English ceramic platter was made by John Haddock & Sons in the 'Majestic' pattern. The oval platter features hand painted decoration with orange flowers, green leaves, and dark blue scrollwork around the rim and a central floral motif, with gold accents. The platter is marked on the reverse with the Royal Vitreous crown mark and "Majestic", along with the John Haddock & Sons hallmark.
The piece measures 14 by 11.25 inches wide by 1.5 inches tall. The platter is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and shows age appropriate wear to the gilding and decoration. Please see all available photographs and consider them as part of the item description.
