A beautiful 19th century French chandelier dating to around 1860, crafted from heavy gilt bronze with its original antique patina. This elegant lighting fixture reflects the refined craftsmanship and decorative style associated with Louis XVI period design, known for its symmetry, delicate ornamentation, and timeless sophistication.
The chandelier features eight outer arms, each ending with a milk glass rosette-shaped shade, while the interior holds four additional lights, creating a total of 12 light points. The lower section of the chandelier is decorated with a milk glass shell-shaped ornament, adding a graceful and decorative accent.
