A gorgeous pair of 12" octagon shaped Japanese Ginger or Temple Jars from the Kushan Kiln in Japan and the Otagiri Mercantile Co. (OMC). Circa 1970s. Marks and original OMC gold foil tag on the bottom of each jar. These beautiful hand crafted and hand painted jars feature a variety of floral motifs on green and blue panels with gilded accents. A lovely pair for display or a collection that will add lasting beauty to home or office.
Narrows at base to 4.5" diameter. Mouth opening is 3" diameter.
12" height to top of lid.
