Exquisite rare genre group from the 19th century: two ladies and a gentleman in elaborate, elegant rococo clothing sitting on richly decorated armchairs around a triangular marble table, playing cards animatedly. The ladies are wearing bodice dresses with wide, long skirts, while the gentleman is wearing a frock coat over a waistcoat, knee breeches, stockings and buckled shoes. An elaborate group, designed with great attention to detail, based on a flat, three-sided meadow base with moulded flowers and foliage.
