This vintage dressing table from the 1960s showcases craftsmanship, combining detail and simplicity. The piece is constructed of warm mahogany and teak veneer, combined with clear mirrored glass. The sleek proportions and subtle contrasts between the two woods give the dressing table a calm, balanced appearance. The mirror rests on two refined uprights and appears to float lightly above the top. The drawer's construction is unique. The handle is not visible in the front, but integrated into the frame into which the drawer fits. This maintains a clean, minimalistic design. Long, extendable side panels on either side provide additional workspace. When closed, they are barely noticeable, adding to the thoughtful design. In our workshop, we carefully and completely renovated the dressing table. Old layers were removed, the wood was hand-sanded, and finished with a matte furniture oil. This beautifully brings out the warm tones of mahogany and teak. The piece is in excellent condition and ready for immediate use. A dressing table with character. Functional, refined, and timeless.
