A striking and sculptural 1970s Murano art glass bowl, hand blown in thick, luminous opaline glass. The form beautifully mimics an open clam shell, with fluid folds and organic curvature that capture the movement of the sea.
Swirls of aqua, turquoise, and milky white blend together in a way that feels unmistakably coastal — like sunlight moving through shallow water. The substantial weight and density of the glass speak to true studio craftsmanship.
Designed with versatility in mind, the piece can be displayed upright in a dramatic vertical presentation or rested on its side as a low, open bowl. Both orientations feel intentional and sculptural.
Perfect as a centerpiece, console accent, or layered into a Palm Beach Regency or coastal modern interior.
