I am attracted … Read more This interesting chair was found in Macau, the former Portuguese Colony that is now part of China. I am attracted to this chair because it is like me, a lot of Europe and made in China with attractive Chinese motifs. It is an unusually comfortable chair, very with the good air flow from the slats. The wavy slats on the armrests made the straight back chair very elegant looking. The hardwood made the chair very sturdy. The raised carving of birds and flowers is very attractive. The beads on the center on the crest trail is most eye catching, it is borrowed from European furniture. The chair is a fine example of a marriage of East and West. The armchair provides very comfortable seating. See less
