Offered is a stylish art deco style Moroccan tissue box cover with a diamond pattern marquetry inlay detail. It features a slide out trap door base for easy replacement of the tissue box, and it's engineered to stay taut in place, or slide out when pulled firmly. The intricate and detailed marquetry inlay is done by fine artisans with precision and care featuring numerous hardwoods. The base of the box is made from Thuya wood, a fragrant hardwood from North Africa, and the marquetry inlay is burled wood, rosewood, and lemon wood.
