Excellent vintage condition. No damage, crazing. Maker's mark clearly listed. The years 1992 and 1777 are on there, along with the artist's signture, which is not common. The gold handwriting beneath the logo ("Bobi's") is likely a personalization of the decorator's signature. Authentic factory marks often include these unique identifiers to denote the specific artist who hand-painted the piece. The date 1992 at the top of the logo indicates that this specific trademark version was introduced that year. Research did not find very much information and availability, does seem hard to find.

Each and every one of the lines of the classic Forest Birds collection was painted by their virtuoso painters, which means each piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to the collection’s especially valuable, artful handmade decoration, it is very collectible.

The gilding is also carried out manually, with 21 carat gold. The name of the designer is Torma Istvánné.
Hollóháza porcelain is produced by the Porcelain Manufactory of Hollóháza, Hungary. The manufactory was founded in 1777, originally as glassworks. It is one of the oldest remaining, now state-owned porcelain manufactury in Hungary.
